Graycie

Graycie is LOUD!!! I guess being the youngest of five girls she just wants to be heard... and she is. She likes taking little breaks from Ashton to play by herself but is totally appalled when Ashton needs a break from her. She is starting to get used to the fact that we aren't in Utah anymore. She'll tell you that she likes living in New Jersey.

Ashton

Ashton is always moving around. She doesn't sit still for a minute. She loves to be with Graycie but takes every opportunity to push her buttons(which isn't hard). Ashton's lovely haircut she gave herself this summer is finally starting to grow out so now you can tell that we have 5 girls instead of 4 girls and a little boy. We have the "Do not ever cut your own hair again" talk often.

Leksie

What can I say about Leksie? Leksie is Leksie and she is unfazed by this whole experience and just happy to be here. She and Addi ride the bus to and from school everyday. She loves her teacher. His name is Mr. Poppalardo. She keeps us all entertained with her great sense of humor and her many "costume changes".

Addisyn

Addisyn is a busy little bee. It seems like she is always on the go. Between Girl Scouts, Achievement Days at church and all of her "school activities" we are always running her somewhere. She enjoys school and is loving having Leksie to ride the bus with. She is a good girl and has been very generous with her new sisters invading her space.

A Reconstituted Family

As most of you all know, Brandon and I blended our two families on November 8, 2007.  Our newly reconstituted family is now a family of seven. From oldest to youngest..... MaKayla-12, Addisyn-9, Leksie-9, Ashton-4 and Graycie-4. Everyone is doing well with all of the changes so far so, with a lot of love, patience and prayers, I know we will do great.

MaKayla

MaKayla is doing great!!! She is in 6th grade at West Deptford Middle School. She doesn't have to be to school quite as early as when we were in Logan. I drop her off at about 7:45 instead of 7:05. She says that school is a lot harder here and she has a lot more homework but we have a hard time feeling sorry for her. She misses her family and friends but she's finally starting to get settled here. Grandma Colleen and Grandpa Dexter will be bring Caster out to her in a couple of weeks so she should be great after that.
